TripChord Terms of Service
Effective: [Month DD, YYYY]
These terms set out how you may use TripChord, provided by Doyun Kim (“we”).
1. The service
TripChord helps people travelling together answer questions, compare the differences and write down what they agree. It doesn’t book, sell or split payments.
2. Accounts and joining
To create a trip you sign in with a social account. People you invite can join with just a name and their consent. You must be 14 or older.
3. Looking after links
Private links and leader links give access as you. Don’t send them to anyone. If a link leaks, get a new private link in Trip settings to block the old one. You’re responsible for problems caused by sharing your link.
Anyone with the invite link can join while there are open spots. The leader can reset the invite link to block the old one.
4. What you write
Names, answers, the plan and places are visible to the people in the same trip. Don’t write anything that infringes others’ rights or breaks the law.
5. Not allowed
Using someone else’s link, using or disrupting the service in bulk by automated means, and misusing the email features.
6. Ads
There are no ads in the service at the moment. If we add them, we’ll update these terms in advance and always label them “Ad”.
7. Changes and interruptions
We may change or stop the service and will announce important changes in advance. We aren’t liable for losses from interruptions of the free service unless caused intentionally or by gross negligence.
8. Deleting your account
You can delete your account in My trips at any time. Trips you own are deleted with it, so hand them over first if your group still needs them.
9. Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes go to [court].
